We have received some reports of connectivity issues to SaaS environments in EMEA. We are currently investigating.

10:10am GMT - We have identified that there is an issue with the Janet Network (JISC) that may be the cause of the connectivity issues some customers are experiencing - https://www.jisc.ac.uk/network/issues

10:45am GMT - The effected customers are reporting that connectivity has been restored.
